Chocolate marshmallow muffins

Ingredients

1 egg

0.75 dl sugar

1/2 dl cream

40 g butter or margarine

1/2 tsp vanilla sugar

1/2 tsp baking powder

1 dl wheat flour

1/2 dl cocoa powder

30 g finely chopped dark chocolate

8 Halvan Väiski marshmallows

Powdered sugar

Food colors

Recipe

  1. Whip the egg and sugar.
    Mix the dry ingredients and add alternately with the melted butter and cream to the egg and sugar mix.
    Put a spoonful of dough in the muffin tins and put a marshmallow on top of the dough and another spoonful of dough on top.
    Bake at 200 degrees Celcius for approx. 20 minutes.
    The marshmallows rise to the surface and caramelize on top of the muffin to make it delicious.
    When the muffins have cooled, add powdered sugar to a drop of water and color with food coloring.
    Add frosting to the muffins and place a marshmallow on top for decoration.
