Pommix licorice-salmiac muffin recipe (L, G)

Ingredients

100g lactose-free soft margarine

2.5 dl sugar

2 eggs

1 dl lactose-free cream

2 dl of light gluten-free flour mix (ie. by Virtasalmen)

1 dl dark gluten-free flour mix (ie. by Virtasalmen)

1.5 dl gluten-free dessert bun flour mix (ie. by Virtasalmen)

2 tsp baking flour

2 tsp vanillin sugar

100g pommix lakritsi-salmiakki sweets, crushed

Recipe

 

  1. Mix fat, sugar, eggs and cream.
    Mix the dry ingredients together and add to the dough.
    Mix the dough until smooth, do not knead.
    Divide the batter into a muffin tin lined with muffin cups.

  2. Bake in a 200 C oven on the middle level for about 30 minutes.
